• The whole machine adopts all-steel welded structure, vibration stress elimination, high mechanical strength and good rigidity. ANSYS stress analysis software ensures the stability and accuracy of the machine.

• The upper mold can be segmented according to customer requirements to adapt to the processing of products of different sizes.

• The E21 system can program the back gauge stroke and slide stroke, and the system can store up to 40 sets of programs.

• The frame is grounded and boring and washing the whole process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the machine.

• The steel back gauge structure ensures the positioning accuracy and stability of the back gauge.

• The overflow valve provides hydraulic overload protection for the system, and the pressure switch can adjust the system pressure.

Performance characteristics:

1. The machine body is designed by finite element analysis, and the vibration aging eliminates internal stress, making the machine body stable and reliable.
2. The unique rear cylinder drive device is designed using the lever principle, which not only reduces the working pressure of the system, but also improves the system's overload capacity. Increases the durability of the system and the stability of mechanical movement.
3. A multi-point positioning device is provided on the right end of the slider, which can not only easily adjust the slider to any positioning, but also complete the positioning of six different angles at one time, reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving work efficiency.
4. A worm gear reduction motor and an eccentric shaft are provided on the left end of the slider, which not only facilitates the balance adjustment of the slider, but also meets the needs of special processing such as conical forming and bending.
5. The lower die is designed with a deflection compensation die holder and a deflection plate, which not only ensures the straightness of the workpiece, but also ensures the consistency of the angle of the workpiece, thereby improving the geometric accuracy of the workpiece.
